We had an exciting week last week with the announcement of our 5 recipients for Down Payment Assistance. Congratulations to E'Mira Torres, Alex Salazar, Aurora Hernandez and Marisela Ramos on submitting your applications and being a great resource for your buyers.

We are looking for volunteers to be our helping hand for the Islamic Food Drive April 12th at 9AM. Please reach out to Alyssia Arredondo or Saim Mohammad to add your name to the list.

Reminder of the following dates:

CRMLS DUES are due April 1st, late fees apply after April 6th. Invoices have been sent via email for your convenience. Please contact the MAR office to if you have any questions to avoid service interruption.

Education on Market Update via zoom: March 24th 1:00pm-2:00pm

Lunch n Learn: Wednesday April 20th 12pm -1pm Sugar Pine Smokehouse. Speaker TBD.

Legislative Day in person: April 27th in Sacramento. Please reach out to the MAR office or Our GAD Andrew Martinez for more information on registration.

Annual Dues Billing 2022

Has been sent out, due February 15, 2022 (late fees apply after this date). An additional C.A.R late fee applies after February 28, 2022. Unpaid accounts have been inactivated. You can view your billing statement and make payment by going to https://www.nar.realtor/ and selecting pay dues at the top of the page. Please make checks payable to Madera Association of Realtors. You can also call our office for payment.

CRMLS Billing for 2nd Quarter

Earn points on your RCE ADF or Re-certification form with these online courses!

The Advanced REALTOR® Association Management (ARAM) course is worth 75 points on the ADF and the Professional Standards course is worth 20 points on the ADF.

Code of Ethics Requirement Deadline

The deadline is December 31st! If you have not submitted certificate of completion please do so as soon as possible. The cycle 6 grace period ended on March 1st, members who have not met the requirement have been inactivated. You can check your status and take the course for free through NAR.
