Resort and Second Home Markets

This one-day course is Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) accredited for 12 hours of Continuing Education (CE) in Consumer Service, when course is taken live lecture or as a online correspondence course.   It is not BRE accredited when taken as a LearnMyWay® webinar course.

RSPS certification is offered by NAR Resort for resort and second-home professionals around the world.  REALTORS® specializing in resort and second-home markets and interested in demonstrating their knowledge and expertise should pursue the RSPS certification.

 

Senior Real Esate Specialist- 

NAR’s Seniors Real Estate Specialists® (SRES®) designation course seeks to instill knowledge and understanding of and empathy for 50+ real estate clients and customers. Develop the business building skills and resources needed for specialization in the 50+ real estate market.

The SRES® designation program provides professional training and development suitable for continuing education credit. By earning the SRES® designation you will receive special training, regular updates, and additional information needed in making life changing decisions.

 

Short Sales and Foreclosures- Ask any agent and you'll hear that your ability to close short sales and foreclosures depends in part on your confidence in seeing these transactions through. Knowing how to maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as how to identify the distinct real estate opportunities in foreclosure are not merely good skills to have in today's market, they are critical.
